2. Can I order a single print or do I need to order in bulk?
You can order as many or as few prints as you need! We offer flexible printing options, from single-item orders to larger batches. However the more you order the more value you get per print.
3. How do I upload my design for printing?
Simply go to our order page, upload your design file using our auto gang sheet builder, and select the quantity you want to order. We’ll take care of the rest!
4. What sizes can I print?
We offer various prints. We print 22" wide. If you have a specific size in mind, feel free to contact us and we’ll customize it for you!
5. How do I know if my design will look good when printed?
We recommend ensuring your design is high-resolution (300 DPI) and that it fits within the printable area. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help guide you through the process.
6. How long will it take to receive my prints?
Once we receive your design, the printing process typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we’ll send tracking information once your order ships.
7. What types of fabrics can I use for DTF prints?
DTF printing works well on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. If you're unsure whether your fabric is compatible, contact us for advice.
8. Can I use DTF prints for custom apparel or other products?
Yes! DTF prints are perfect for custom T-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, and more. If you're looking to print on a different type of product, feel free to ask.
9. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! For larger orders, we offer custom pricing. Contact us with your order details, and we'll provide a quote based on quantity.
10. What is your return policy?
Because DTF prints are customized per order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the quality of the print. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we'll resolve the issue.
